Working on the Support and Onboarding team Chris has been involved in the evolution of training and customer support since 2015. Often the first person that newly on boarded partners interact with, Chris has been responsible for simplifying the process with training session structure and documentation.

Chris has completed several on site training projects for both individual properties and groups where quicker turnaround and setup is required as well as the ability to move into the strategy sessions which ensure customer success moving forward with the software.

Cycling, hiking, football and music take up much of his personal life and with the Brecon Beacons on the doorstep, as much time in the fresh air is the perfect way to recharge the batteries ready for Monday morning.
