Geraint joined the High Level team in February 2017, starting off his journey as first line support.

He’s come a long way since then and has been heavily involved in software testing, product design, integrations and relationship management with third parties to name but a few hats he’s worn over the years. His primary focus and passion however has always been support.

In May 2018 Geraint became the leader of our support team and earlier this year absorbed our onboarding team under his wing.

Day to day he focuses on process implementation, in house training, quality assurance and customer service – spanning both our onboarding and support departments.

When he’s not busy making our customers lives easier, he plays guitar and enjoys live music!
