Mat has been with the support and onboarding team since joining High Level in September 2018.
Mat is one of our customer support advisers and his voice will probably be one of the first you hear to when you call us. His role includes reactive customer support, account management for current customers, dealing with online travel agents and channel manager connectivity. Mat is also one of the team responsible for combined phone/online training, whether assisting onboarding in preparing our new customers or ongoing refresher modules for existing customers.
Outside of work Mat keeps a busy schedule as a stand-up comic, podcaster, MC and published writer. He is also keen on nautical pursuits and has captained racing dragon boats for charity.
