Pete joined us as Head of Relationships, where he is responsible for building and nurturing strategic partnerships, managing client relationships, and driving growth through collaboration. With his extensive 21 years in hospitality and the hotel industry, we are confident that Pete will play a pivotal role in High Level’s continued growth and success.
Pete comes to us from Oakham Group where, as Group Revenue Manager, he set up the centralised reservation system and revenue management strategies. We believe that his strategic mindset and leadership skills will greatly contribute to the innovation and ongoing relationships with our partners and customers alike.
Liz has taken on the role of Senior Business Development Manager, where she builds relationships with independent hotels and small hotel chains and is an expert at identifying new business opportunities to contribute to High Level’s continued investment in its technology and innovation.
Liz brings with her a wealth of experience in hospitality from corporate meetings, events and hotel technology, to exhibitions and business travel, which will undoubtedly elevate our operations, making her a valuable asset to our team.
